QuantumHive Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Quantumhive IT ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the QuantumHive software application and platform ("QuantumHive", "the App", "the Service"), accessible at https://quantumhive.it.com.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or utilizing any functionality within QuantumHive, or connecting any third-party social media accounts (such as TikTok), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from using QuantumHive.

QuantumHive is a social media management, cloud media repository, and automation platform designed to assist creators, digital agencies, and businesses in scheduling, managing, and publishing content across multiple social platforms.

Features provided by QuantumHive include:

• Cloud Media Vault for storing, organizing, and preparing images and videos for publication.
• Automated multi-channel social posting and scheduling workflows.
• Direct publishing integration with third-party social networks via official APIs, including TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Channel performance visualization, audience statistics, and video list analytics.

You retain 100% full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in and to all videos, images, audio, captions, text, and materials ("User Content") that you upload, store, or schedule using QuantumHive. Quantumhive IT does not claim any ownership over your content.

By uploading or scheduling content through QuantumHive, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of the User Content or possess all necessary licenses, copyrights, synchronization rights, and permissions to distribute it.
• Your User Content does not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• Any music or audio included in your videos has been appropriately licensed or complies with the target platform's sound policies.

You agree NOT to use QuantumHive to upload, schedule, or publish:

• Content that promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, harassment, discrimination, or self-harm.
• Sexually explicit, non-consensual sexual content, or content exploiting minors.
• Fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, phishing, deceptive impersonation, or counterfeit goods.
• Automated spam, repetitive duplicate spamming, or artificial engagement manipulation that violates TikTok or other platform policies.
• Malicious code, viruses, trojans, or automated scripts designed to disrupt or compromise the security of QuantumHive or third-party platforms.

Quantumhive IT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or terminate your QuantumHive account without prior notice if:

• You breach or violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.
• Your connected accounts violate TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Terms of Service, or Meta platform policies.
• You engage in unauthorized automation, abusive rate-limiting behaviors, or security tampering.
• Required by law, regulatory authority, or third-party platform enforcement request.

QuantumHive is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Because our service depends on third-party APIs (including TikTok and Meta), we cannot guarantee that social publishing will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Third-party platforms may update their APIs, rate limits, or posting rules at any time without our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantumhive IT and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or account restrictions imposed on your social channels by third-party platforms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantumhive IT, its officers, contractors, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of QuantumHive, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Quantumhive IT reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of QuantumHive after such changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
